Reveal & Vote

When everyone is done, flip all the cards at once. The team votes on what to actually discuss, so you spend your time on what matters and not on everything.

Create Action Points

A retro is even more useful when actions can be taken. Agree on a few action points together and track them right in the session before you close it.

Frequently Asked Questions

People with question marks illustration
What is a sprint retrospective?
A short meeting held at the end of a sprint where the team reflects on what went well, what did not, and what to improve. It is one of the core Scrum ceremonies and one of the most valuable — when done right.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. Just pick a name when you join a session and you are in. No email, no password, no sign-up form. We wanted to keep it as quick as possible.
Is it really free?
Yes, 100%. There is no premium tier, no feature limits, and no "free trial" that expires. It is a hobby project built because the existing tools out there were either too complicated or too expensive.
What happens with my cards and data?
Nothing is stored. Post-its, votes, and action points only exist in server memory during the active session. Once the retro ends or the last person leaves, everything is gone for good.
How many people can join a retro?
As many as you need. There is no participant limit. Whether your team is 3 people or 30, everyone can join the same session and write cards together.
Can I customise the columns?
Yes. You can choose from popular templates like Mad/Sad/Glad or Start/Stop/Continue, or create your own custom columns to fit whatever format your team prefers.
